Are you burning the midnight oil and need research help? Did you wake up at 3 a.m. and realize you never completed that assignment due TODAY? The physical library is not open and our local research staff have long ago logged off and gone home, but help is still available from a real person.

During our normal hours you can expect to hear from our own staff, but after hours (after 10 p.m. on week nights and anytime on the weekend) you can chat with another librarian on our world-wide support network. These people are prepared to help you with any question that you might ask of our own staff. In some cases it might not be a complete answer, but they can at least get you started.
