Hekman Library is joining forces with Center for Intercultural Student Development and Calvin Center for Faith and Writing to bring you the second Library Book club of the year. This time, we're reading Fortune by Lisa Sharon Harper, a best-selling memoir about race, family, and restoration. (The link takes you to an ebook in Hekman's catalog. We hope you'll attend the author visit on Feb 9, sponsored by the CCFW, and join us for our book club meeting the following day. The Feb. 9 event is at 7 p.m. at the Center for Community Transformation, 1530 Madison Ave. It is free and open to the public.
