Did you know that Hekman Library has a vinyl collection?

On the main floor in the Cayvan Media section, you can find over 200 LP records from a variety of groups and genres, from Bruce Springsteen rock to Handel's classical Messiah to Miles Davis jazz. These records are available to borrow for up to one week.

But what if you don't have your own record player? Hekman Library has you covered! You can also make use of our two turntables, as well as borrow headphones, at the Circulation Desk on the main floor. Both record players are set up on their own little carts and check out for up to three hours, so you can roll your music to any spot within the library building to listen.
