You can get immediate research help for papers and other assignments quickly and effortlessly by using our chat reference, which is available from our library homepage. Librarians and library research consultants staff this service:

• 9am to 10pm, Monday through Thursday 
• 9am to 5pm on Friday

Our student research consultants work mornings (9-1:30) and evenings (starting at 6pm). There is no chat reference on Saturday or Sunday.

Take advantage of this quick reference and research service whenever you need it. Questions range from the basic, "When is the library open?" to the more complex, "How do I find statistics on the number of new business start-ups in the Grand Rapids area?" No question is insignificant.
