National Journal for Election Information

National Journal for Election Information

The Hekman Library subscribes to National Journal online, which includes access to daily journalism, (NJ Daily), "The Hotline," (top stories of the day across the country), "Race Tracker," with poll results from multiple sources, and The Almanac, adapted from the Almanac of American Politics.

For any concerned citizen trying to make sense of this election cycle, National Journal is a treasure trove. Read about:

  • what's happening daily in the campaigns of the presidential nominees
  • election-related events which you can add to your calendar from the Daybook
  • summaries of news from the states (mail-in voting, expanding voter access, lawsuits)
  • complete daily coverage, highlighting the most important stories

And all this written by teams of specialists and exceptional journalists with years of experience!

Add it to your list of bookmarks and daily skimming/reading, and you'll be better prepared for November 3.

(NOTE: This resource is only available by login to Calvin faculty, staff, and students).
