As you take summer courses and conduct personal research or simply need a quick answer to a library-related question, keep in mind that our librarians are here to help. We staff a live chat service from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (check to see if "live chat" is activated on our homepage). We are also available for one-on-one appointments (virtual only at this time). You can use our Ask a Librarian email reference if you're willing to wait a couple of hours for an answer, depending on when you submit your question. (Keep in mind that you may not get an answer until Monday if you submit a question over the weekend). 

You can see there are a variety of ways to take advantage of the expertise of our librarians. Access Services staff are also available to answer questions about book return, checkout, and interlibrary loan. There are real live people behind our virtual services. No bots here!
