Calvin's Reconciliation and Restoration (R & R) reading groups are structured around the themes of the From Every Nation document, one of the college's foundational guiding documents. Via these reading groups, participants can discuss issues of racial reconciliation and justice issues on more than a surface level. 

The book under discussion for the June - July R & R group is Everything I Never Told You, by Celeste Ng. A bit about the book from the R & R website: "...[an]exquisite novel about a Chinese American family living in 1970s small-town Ohio. Lydia is the favorite child of Marilyn and James Lee, and her parents are determined that she will fulfill the dreams they were unable to pursue.
