The American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS)'s Humanities E-book Project is an archive of 5,000 high-quality e-books in the humanities, all full-text and easily searchable. Users can perform keyword and Boolean searches, and search using Library of Congress subject headings for particularly accurate results. They can also find links to academic book reviews and use the "copy citation" tool to easily export citations.

ACLS Humanities E-Book just added 323 titles to its database this past fall.

• Impossible Subjects: Illegal Aliens and the Making of Modern America by Mae Ngai
• Convergence Culture: Where Old and New Media Collide by Henry Jenkins
• "Wicked" Women and the Reconficuration of Gender in Africa by Dorothy Hodgson and Sheryl McCurdy
• Interpreting Exile: Displacement and Deportation in Biblical and Modern Contexts by Brad Kelle, Frank Ames, and Jacob Wright
