The end of the semester can be a stressful time. Why not stop for a moment, take a couple of deep breaths, and relax your muscles? All of this can be achieved by using the free Insight Timer app. Recommended by the Broene Center, this app offers individual and guided meditation, soothing music, and other customizable options. 

In addition, the Hekman Library offers many comfortable seating options - even couches where you can stretch out fully and take a quick (or longer!) nap. Check out our third floor near the entrance.
