Peer Research Assistants (RDAs)
You might wonder what the friendly students who greet you at the library's Research Assistance Desk actually do? In short - they staff the Research Assistance Desk, the information hub of the library. They are trained to answer a wide variety of questions, from difficulties with printing, to guiding you to books and articles on your topic and helping you choose the best database for your research needs. While the Research Desk Assistants (RDAs) are highly-trained, sometimes a complex question may prove to be out of their depth. In that case, the RDA on duty will connect you with the librarian on call and/or refer you to the appropriate subject specialist librarian.

The library staff thanks them for their valuable work!
